Method:
Wash and marinate the mutton with all the ingredients but the ghee, keep aside for at least 3 hrsHalf boil the rice with half of pounded garam masala, drain.In a heavy bottomed pot, add marinated mutton, top up with half boiled rice and then pour the ghee. Seal the pot with aluminium foil and put on DUM for 25 minutes. Remove from fire and leave the pot to rest for 15-20 minutes before opening.
