Method:
In a heavy duty mixer, blend Miraya –Chickpeas Paste and other ingredients leaving Tahina, gradually until it becomes like smooth paste. Add Tahina paste with very thin flow. (To avoid any Lumps). Add chilled water/ice for the desirable consistency.
Remove in a bowl and garnish with chickpeas, mint, paprika powder and olive oil
Serve chilled
P.S – Before making Hummus Recipe, MIRAYA CHICKPEA PASTE packets can also be kept in chiller for 3-4 hours
