Ingredients:

3 cups Fish cubes
2 tblspn Oil
2 tblspn Sautéed Onions recipeicon_06
1 tspn Ginger Paste recipeicon_03
1 tspn Garlic Paste recipeicon_03
2 tblspn Coriander seeds
1 tblspn Cumin seeds
2 pods Tamarind seedless
1 cup Coconut grated fresh
2 tspn Turmeric
10-12 pcs Red chilli whole
1 tspn Salt
2 nos Tomatoes medium
1/4 tspn Mustard seeds
15 -20 pcs Curry leaves

Goan Fish Curry

Method:

Wash and marinate the fish with little salt and turmeric. Keep aside for 1 hr and then deep fry. Make a paste of Coriander seeds, cumin, turmeric, tamarind, red chilli whole and grated coconut. Heat oil in heavy bottomed pot, crackle mustard seeds and curry leaves, add Miraya Ginger and Garlic paste, sauté for few minutes. Add Spice paste and NONIONS – Sautéed Onions Pasteand cook for 10-15 minutes. Add sliced tomatoes and let it cook until the gravy consistency is obtained. Add fried fish in the gravy and adjust the salt
