Ingredients:

10-12 pcs Fish Cut
2 cups Basmati Rice
2 tblspn Fried Onions recipeicon_06
2 tspn Ginger and Garlic Paste recipeicon_03
1 tblspn Whole garam masala
2 tspn Turmeric powder
2 tspn Chilli powder
2 tspn Coriander powder
1 tblspn Biryani masala powder
4 tspn Ghee
1/4 cup yoghurt
2 nos Tomatoes
10 -12 pcs Curry leaves
20 Oil
To taste Salt

Fish Biryani

Method:

Wash and marinate the Fish with salt, 1 tspnturmeric, Mix. Deep fry and keep aside Half boil the rice, drain In a heavy bottomed pot, add MIRAYA Ginger and Garlic Paste, sauté for few minutes add, spices and tomatoes cook until tomatoes are soft. Add NONIONS fried Onions and beaten yoghurt with Curry leaves. Add Fried Fish. Make the layer with Rice and Fish Curry and Cook on Dum for 10 minutes.
