Method:
Wash and marinate the Fish with salt, 1 tspnturmeric, Mix. Deep fry and keep asideHalf boil the rice, drain
In a heavy bottomed pot, add MIRAYA Ginger and Garlic Paste, sauté for few minutes add, spices and tomatoes cook until tomatoes are soft. Add NONIONS fried Onions and beaten yoghurt with Curry leaves. Add Fried Fish.
Make the layer with Rice and Fish Curry and Cook on Dum for 10 minutes.
