Method:
In a heavy bottomed pan, add oil and jeera. After ½ minute add Miraya Ginger and Garlic Paste, sauté for few minutes and add powdered spices and hot water. Cook until oil comes on top (5 mins)Add Nonions Boiled Onions Paste, Miraya Boiled chickpeas and cook further until Chickpeas is mixed well with the masala, add chana masala. In the process of cooking black tea infused hot water is needed to be added. Adjust the seasoning and garnish with coriander sprigs
