Method:
Wash and marinate the beef with malt vinegar, and all the spices, keep aside for at least 3 hrsIn a heavy bottomed pot, heat oil and sauté MIRAYA ginger paste and MIRAYA garlic paste, sauté for few minutes. Add marinated beef and cook until half done. Add NONIONS – fried onions Paste and cook until meat is almost tender. Add Deep fried potatoes and cook with hot water to get the gravy.
