Paneer Shahi Korma


2 cups Paneer Cubes
1 tblspn Oil
2 tblspn Boiled Onions Paste recipeicon_06
1 tspn Ginger Paste recipeicon_03
1 tspn Garlic Paste recipeicon_03
1/2 cup Fresh Tomato Puree
1 1/2 tspn Coriander powder
1 tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tspn Turmeric powder
3-4 pcs Cardamom
1-2 pcs Green Chilli
1/2 tspn Garam Masala Powder
1/4 cup Yoghurt
1/4 cup Cashew Paste
1/3 tspn Salt
1/4 cup Cream

Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pot, add Miraya Ginger, Garlic paste and green chilli sauté for few minutes, add crushed cardamom, powder spices and sauté for few minutes. Add fresh tomato puree and cook for 5 minutes, then add Nonions – Boiled Onions Paste, cook until gravy is almost ready (add some hot water for the gravy). Add cashew paste mixed with yoghurt and cook for next five minutes. Add Paneer cubes and cream
