Ingredients:

3 cups Mutton Cubes
1 tblspn Oil
2 tblspn Boiled Onions Paste recipeicon_06
1 tspn Ginger Paste recipeicon_03
1 tspn Garlic Paste recipeicon_03
1/2 cup Fresh Tomato Puree
1 1/2 tspn Coriander powder
1 tspn Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tspn Turmeric powder
3-4 pcs Cardamom
1-2 pcs Green Chilli
1/2 tspn Garam Masala Powder
1/4 cup Yoghurt
1/3 tspn Salt

Method:

Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pot, add Miraya Ginger, Garlic paste and green chilli sauté for few minutes, add crushed cardamom, powder spices and mutton cubes sauté for few minutes. Add beaten yoghurt and Nonions – Boiled Onions Paste, cook until mutton is almost tender(add some hot water for the gravy). Add tomato puree and cook until meat is soft.
