Kacche Gosht ki Biryani


3 cups Mutton Cut
2 cups Basmati Rice
3 tblspn Fried Onions recipeicon_06
1 tspn Ginger Paste recipeicon_03
1 tspn Garlic Paste recipeicon_03
1 tblspn Dum Biryani Masala
1 tblspn Whole garam masala
2 tspn Kashmiri red chilli powder
2 tspn Coriander powder
4 tblspn Ghee
1/2 cup yoghurt
1/4 cup Coriander leaves
1/4 cup Mint Leaves
2 tblspn Pineapple juice freshly squeezed
2 tspn Salt

Wash and marinate the mutton with all the ingredients but the ghee, keep aside for at least 3 hrs

Half boil the rice with half of pounded garam masala, drain.In a heavy bottomed pot, add marinated mutton, top up with half boiled rice and then pour the ghee. Seal the pot with aluminium foil and put on DUM for 25 minutes. Remove from fire and leave the pot to rest for 15-20 minutes before opening.
