Lebanese_style_hummus

Ingredients:

3 kg Miraya Chickpeas Paste recipeicon_03
600gms Tahina
200 gms Oil sunflower
500 gms Ice/chilled water
20gms Salt
10gms Lemon Salt

Hommous

  • PREP TIME
    10 Minutes

Method:

In a heavy duty mixer, blend Miraya –Chickpeas Paste and other ingredients leaving Tahina, gradually until it becomes like smooth paste. Add Tahina paste with very thin flow. (To avoid any Lumps). Add chilled water/ice for the desirable consistency.

Remove in a bowl and garnish with chickpeas, mint, paprika powder and olive oil

Serve chilled

P.S – Before making Hommous, MIRAYA CHICKPEA PASTE packets can also be kept in chiller for 3-4 hours

Yoghurt and garlic is optional
