2 cups Beef Cubes
2 tblspn Oil
3 tblspn Fried Onions Paste recipeicon_06
1 tspn Ginger Paste recipeicon_03
2 tspn Garlic Paste recipeicon_03
1 cup Potatoes
2tblspn Malt Vinegar
2 tspn Black Pepper crushed
1 tspn Cardamom Powder
1 tspn Cloves Powder
1 tspn Cinnamon powder
1 tspn Cumin powder
2 tspn Coriander powder
1 tspn Turmeric
2 tspn Red chilli degi powder
1 tspn Salt

Wash and marinate the beef with malt vinegar, and all the spices, keep aside for at least 3 hrs

In a heavy bottomed pot, heat oil and sauté MIRAYA ginger paste and MIRAYA garlic paste, sauté for few minutes. Add marinated beef and cook until half done. Add NONIONS – fried onions Paste and cook until meat is almost tender. Add Deep fried potatoes and cook with hot water to get the gravy.
